Pros:

Cons:

I had a bad start in my trading when Chosing a Market maker broker who traded against me,
they ripped me off most all of my trading capital and that was a bitch,
I didn't know better at the time, I desided that wasn't going to happend again so I made some serious research on the web
for several months! and found MBT to be my best choise, atleast acording to all the forums out there,
I decided to give them a Go, guess what, they where even worse than the first bucket,
using their MT4 platform giving me all sort of crap msgs, trade desk out of context, trade desk busy, re-quote re-quote re-quote!
platform freezing and about every trick in the book, I could not close trades I have open so I had to call long distance and they keept me on hold, this did happend more than once, finally I decided to close my acount with them, I made a withdraw of my last bux wich I never got, they claimed the check have bounced so I tried again, bounced again, I realise now they are the worst kind of bucketshop, and all the good reviews from the forums is probably just posted by their own staff, bewere of MBT stay the hell away from them, they are nothing but a scam.

Pros: Great execution, they pay you for limit orders, great for experienced traders

Cons: Maybe not ideal for newbies or scalpers

I don't always trade forex, but when I do, I prefer MB Trading. But seriously, MB Trading gets great reviews from Barrons and other reputable sources and has for years. They are straight shooters in a world full of shady brokers and as a whole, I feel a lot more confident with their execution/no deal desk than I do with other brokers I've tried in the past. When you're done playing games and ready to get down to some real trading, do it with MB Trading.

Pros:

Cons:

signup takes forever, everything is done by snail mail. their order routing system always gives you an awful fill price, execution is slow. platform is a dated joke and customer service is litterally rude... not all of them, but generally speaking. If for no other reason, lightspeed will cost you alot less, execute quicker and at a better price. thats all that is important really.

Pros: low commissions, good execution

Cons: some software glitches that need to be worked out

Over all I'm a satisfied customer. I don't have a lot of money to trade right now. They've pretty much let me have all the power I've asked for as far as options and margins. For someone just getting started they are a great firm.

Pros:

Cons: Account Opening

Be careful when opening an account. Expect very intrusive questions. For example, list all bank & brokerage accounts with account numbers and values. Should you get this, tell them to go to hell, and look for another broker.

Pros:

Cons:

MB Trading has been my broker of preference. They don’t mess with your orders at all; fills are fast; they could care less if you scalp or hold overnight. As a bonus, the MBT University is terrific for teaching you about the platform and much more.

Pros:

Cons:

MB Trading is the king of forex and if you want to trade forex Just think about MB… I got MB Trading recomended by a friend of mine who is a professional trader. I opened a small account with them and they have been very good so far. Good service. Good helpline. Good spreads (the best in the market) ans still guarentee the fills in all markets. I recomend it.

Pros:

Cons:

I really feels funny to all the complaints regarding MBT. I've trade with them for almost 3 years now and never I found such problems mentioned about MBT.

This is one of my best broker ever, withdrawal coming fast, the customer support is also great.

They charge commission because simply they have to make some money for themselves. To me it is a business.

Pros:

Cons:

This company is great they don’t mess with your orders at all; fills are fast; they could care less if you scalp or hold overnight. I use Stop Limit + TTO primarily and it prevents me from getting a bad fill while knowing that everything will be handled in terms of entry and exit while I’m away from my machine. If there is one gripe, it’s that rollover rates are a bit high, but I typically close out my trades each day unless I have a nice winner going.

Pros:

Cons:

Terrible platform. I have tried them on demo three times now and for some reason, they have the worst MT4 platform I have ever seen. The spreads are great, until you try to place an order and their system freezes or stutters, which is every 10 minutes, and your spread goes up higher than others. And I have run other platforms side by side and their platform freezes and the other one doesn't. When I used their MT4 before, they were the only demo on the computer and I still had issues. On top of this, like many brokers, you cannot hedge with these guys. I would not recommend them at all. Maybe they are honest, but their platform is lousy

good for starters.

Pros:

Cons:

They do have the occasional quote or account availability problems. Phone/Online support is the best. This is a good broker to use.

Pros:

Cons:

For someone who needs simple and cheap this is the place to go. They're very helpful and there's no pre-recordings with customer service. Seems to be built on really valuing the customer. MBT Navigator has a nice layout as well and order entry is much better than a few i've been with. I will say i'm not concerned with execution speed as I don't daytrade (read the previous posts), but I haven't had problems with execution yet. one of the cheaper option brokers as well.

    by TheBestGuruEver, 1/19/2010

Pros:

Cons:

The round-turn fees were simply too much, and during fast markets the executions were shotty at best. so they failed at two of the most important things for traders. i did get nice emails from them, but phone conversations became challenging.

i would not waste your time with this firm.
